The Loyola Life Plan offers a budget that can cover the cost of the following:
Memorial Service Expenses
Interment Fees
Cremation (including cost of urn) in lieu of interment
Other related memorialization expense.

dignified memorial service at the time of need.

It provides a flexible budget intended to cover the cost of memorial services.
This assures the family of financial security.
This saves every family from the unnecessary hardships and worries brought
about by situation. The cost of memorial services should not be less than the base value
of the plan.
It has 2 features:
a. Initially Expanded
Upon tendering the first payment and signing the application form, the budget
automatically expands to 200% of the plan base value.
b. Continuosly Growing Cash Benefit
The available budget increases by 10% of the plan base value a year after

Longevity Bonus
A cash Benefit equivalent to the Plan Base Value will be given to the living original planholder
15 years after full payment of plan.
Unrendered Service
If service was not delivered due t fortuitous events, the plan may be converted into cash or retained
by the family for fututre use.
Family Service Coverage
The planholder's family is entitled to a free Professional Memorial Administration should
any member predecease the planholder.
Transfer
The plah may be transferred to any qualified living third party provided that the plan
is in force.
Cash Surrender Value
A guaranteed refund subject to the shcedule provided in the cotract provision if the
palnholder opts to terminate his plan.
Assignment
The plan may be assigned to any deceased third party.
Provision for Night/Dawn Interment
Night or dawn interment, a popular innovation from Loyola Plans Consolidated, Inc

Insurance Coverage
Waiver of Balance Upon Death
The plan is considered fully paid if the Planholder passes away during paying period.
(considering that the 1 year contestability is done and the plan is up to date in payment)
Waiver of Installment Upon Disability
Payment of remaining installment will be waived as it falls due, if the Planholder, by
reason of injury or illness, become totally and permanently disabled.
Accidental Death Benefit
A cash benefit equivalent to the plan gross price will be given to the beneficiary if the
palnholder dies through accidental injuries. (Subject to approval of insurance provider)
